Matthew was selected to take part in the the tenth series of Portrait Artist of the Year.

 

Matthew explains, " Unfortunately, I am unable to say much about it, other than I was on it!

The episode I am in will be shown on the 11th October in Sky Arts (which is a Freeview channel, you don't need Sky to watch it.)

 

The submission that got me in it was my 'Self Portrait with Monstera Deliciosa.' You can see it just behind Stephen Mangan in the picture on the right."

Matthew will share more information about the experience and his portrait once the episode has aired.

I was feeling a little languid and lost after the People of Beeston project.
